We paid the YouTube channel Prezzma $750 for a review. It was never published.
A paid sponsorship, invoiced, paid, confirmed received — then not delivered. We are publishing it because we could not find anything like it when we were deciding whether to work with them.
Every claim is backed by a dated screenshot or an on-chain transaction anyone can check. Where we draw a conclusion, we say so. Updated 10 September 2026.
If you are from Prezzma
Refund the 750 USDT (TRC20) here and this page comes down.
This invoice has been open since 9 September and was sent to you in Telegram. Any coin, any wallet. Publishing the video as agreed ends it just as well.

What happened
21 August 2026
First contact and the rate card
We approached the channel about a paid promotion. Two people replied: the channel owner, who introduced himself as Rachid, and a manager who identified himself as Mohamed Aabed, listed in his own Telegram bio as CMO of the channel. Both sent rate cards. We agreed terms with the manager.
“1 dedicated video: $750 · 2 dedicated videos: $1,000 · 3 dedicated videos: $1,450”
21–22 August
What was agreed
One dedicated review video of The Crypto Hub, published to the channel's audience. We were asked to complete KYC on our own platform for an affiliate arrangement alongside it, which we did. Payment was agreed in USDT on TRC20, to a wallet address the manager pinned to the chat.
22 August
We paid in full
We sent 750 USDT (TRC20) to the address provided. He confirmed receipt in writing the same day, and in the same message gave the delivery window.
“Yes we received it. Also my team told me that video will be complete between Monday and Wednesday”
25–26 August
The window passed
Asked whether the video would arrive as promised, the answer moved. Then a public holiday was cited and delivery was moved again, to Friday.
“Yes mybee tomorrow”
28 August
We asked for the video or a refund
We set out the three commitments that had been made and missed, and asked for either something to review or our money back. The response was that no specific day had been promised, and that scheduling is handled by the team.
“If you dont have the video now for review, cancel the request, and refund the amount please.”
28 August
A video appeared — unlisted
A link was sent. The video exists and features The Crypto Hub. It was not published to the channel. Asked directly whether it would go out that day, the answer was no.
“No sir because we publish videos in order”
1–9 September
Twelve days of chasing
We asked repeatedly for either a publication date or a refund. We were told to be patient, that a date would come tomorrow, and finally that the manager is not responsible for dates or publishing. No date was ever given. On 9 September we sent a payment link so a refund could be made in one click. It has not been used.
“I'm not responsible for date and publishing”

Where it stands
The video is still not publicly available on the channel. The money has not been returned. This page is the record.
About the video itself
A video was produced. We were sent this link on 28 August:
https://youtu.be/8Jqk78bAKoAAs of 10 September 2026it is not publicly available. YouTube's own oEmbed endpoint, which returns data only for public videos, answers Not Foundfor it — a check anyone can repeat. What we paid for was a review published to the channel's audience; an unlisted link reaches nobody.
The conversations
Unedited, in order. Tap any screenshot to open it full size. Two are deliberately withheld: a profile card showing the manager's personal mobile number and date of birth, and one showing the channel owner's photograph. Neither adds to the record, and publishing personal contact details invites exactly the behaviour we are complaining about.

Our position
We paid in full and on time for a published review, and completed everything asked of us. Three delivery dates were given and missed, an unlisted link was offered in place of publication, and the refund request has gone unanswered since 28 August. On that record we would not work with this channel again, and we would advise any founder considering it to insist on milestones, a written publication date, and terms that do not require paying the whole fee up front to a personal wallet.
We are not asking anyone to harass anybody. We want one of two things: the video published as agreed, or the 750 USDT (TRC20) returned.
