The Services provide software tools for crypto portfolio tracking, education content, and tax-related reporting support features.

The Company is not an exchange, broker-dealer, investment adviser, money transmitter, or custodian. We do not execute trades or hold customer funds.

Content provided through the Services is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions, tax filings, regulatory compliance, and use of any output generated by the Services.

The Services may integrate with third-party exchanges, data providers, payment processors, and external tools. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, policy changes, security events, or data inaccuracies.

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize applicable charges, taxes, and recurring billing according to your selected plan.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You may cancel according to your plan settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, or bypass security controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse APIs beyond documented and permitted use.
• Upload malicious code, conduct fraud, or misuse the platform for harmful activity.
• Use the Services to develop or train competing products using unauthorized extraction methods.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such data solely to operate and improve the Services.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to provide such data, including connected account data and API credentials.

The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your data), are owned by or licensed to THECRYPTOHUB LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal personal or business purposes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, including features, integrations, and pricing.

We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices/browsers.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security/legal risk, or where required by law.

Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately, except provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, dispute terms).

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant the accuracy of market data, tax calculations, educational content, or uninterrupted service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THECRYPTOHUB LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless THECRYPTOHUB LLC and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your data, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement regarding the Services.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign in connection with merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
