Official Raffle Terms and Conditions

Age. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher, at the time of entry.

Territory. Open globally where permitted by applicable law. Void where prohibited, restricted, or otherwise regulated. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their country and state of residence, and for any registration, permit, or reporting obligation that applies to them.

Exclusions. Employees, officers, directors and contractors of THECRYPTOHUB, LLC, its affiliates and any technical partner involved in administering this raffle, together with their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and members of the same household, are not eligible.

One account per person. Entry is limited to one account per natural person. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulently created accounts will be disqualified, and any prize awarded to such an account is void.

Opens: August 24, 2026 at 00:00:00 (Europe/Bucharest).
Closes: October 25, 2026 at 23:59:59 (Europe/Bucharest).

Entries are accepted only within that window (August 24 – October 25, 2026). The Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper for all entries.

The campaign is organised around a milestone of reaching 2,500 active subscribers for thecryptohub.io. The raffle will proceed and prizes will be awarded regardless of whether that milestone is reached.

To be entered into the draw you must complete all of the following:

1. Register an account at thecryptohub.io using accurate details.
2. Hold an active paid subscription (any paid tier) continuously for the whole raffle period. A subscription that lapses, is cancelled, refunded, or charged back before the draw ends the entry, and the associated ticket becomes ineligible.
3. Engage on social media — follow The Crypto Hub on at least one official channel and share the raffle post, then submit proof on the raffle page so it can be verified — a link to your public post, or up to two screenshots if you shared somewhere without a public link (a Story, a status or a private group).

Ticket assignment. Each verified entrant receives one unique cryptographic ticket. A SHA-256 commitment covering the full ticket registry is published before the draw runs, so the entrant list cannot be altered afterwards without detection.

Odds. The chance of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. With 43 prizes available, every eligible ticket has an equal chance of being drawn.

Entry is free of any separate entry fee. A paid subscription to the platform is required as described above; no additional payment is required to enter, and no payment is required to claim a prize.

A total of 43 prizes will be awarded, with an aggregate approximate retail value (ARV) of more than $50,000 USD:

One prize per entrant. Each eligible account may win at most one prize across the whole promotion.

No cash alternative or transfer. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised item becomes unavailable, or where local law makes delivery of the advertised item impractical. Colour, storage variant and model details of physical prizes are subject to availability.

ARVs are estimates as at the effective date of these Terms, quoted in the currency in which the Sponsor procures each item; the aggregate figure converts euro values at prevailing exchange rates. No compensation is payable if the actual market value of a prize, or the exchange rate, differs at the time of award.

Winners are selected by a deployed blockchain smart contract using Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function), which produces randomness that cannot be predicted or influenced by the Sponsor, and that anyone can verify independently.

The draw runs on or shortly after October 25, 2026. Following the draw, the Sponsor publishes the smart contract address, the Chainlink VRF request and fulfilment transaction hashes, the ticket-registry commitment, and the resulting winner list at thecryptohub.io/giveaway so that the outcome can be independently reproduced and audited.

Winner selection uses a deterministic shuffle seeded by the VRF output, so the same random word and the same published ticket registry always produce the same winners.

Winners are contacted at the email address on their The Crypto Hub account within 48 hours of the draw. It is the entrant's responsibility to keep that address current and to check spam filters.

• Physical prizes (iPhone, Ledger Flex) are dispatched by trackable courier within five (5) business days of the winner confirming a valid delivery address.
• USDC is sent within five (5) business days of the winner confirming a valid receiving wallet address and network. The Sponsor is not responsible for assets lost through an incorrect address, an unsupported network, or a wallet the winner does not control. Transfers are irreversible.
• Pro subscriptionsare applied to the winner's account within five (5) business days.

Unclaimed prizes. If a winner does not respond, or does not supply the details needed for delivery, within fourteen (14) calendar days of first notification, that prize is forfeited and the Sponsor may re-draw it using the same smart contract mechanism.

The Sponsor may require reasonable verification of identity, age and eligibility, and may withhold a prize until that verification is complete.

Taxes and customs. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes arising from a prize, including income tax, VAT, import duty and courier handling charges. Where the Sponsor is legally required to report or withhold, it will do so and may request the necessary tax information before releasing a prize.

No third-party endorsement. Apple Inc. and Ledger SAS are not sponsors, administrators, or partners of this raffle, and have not endorsed it. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. No social media platform is a sponsor of, or associated with, this raffle, and each entrant releases those platforms from any liability in connection with it.

Not financial advice. THECRYPTOHUB, LLC provides software for portfolio tracking, market data and education. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial adviser. Nothing in this raffle constitutes investment or financial advice, and participation does not create any advisory relationship.

Where permitted by law, the Sponsor may publish a winner's first name, country and the truncated wallet address or ticket identifier associated with a winning entry, for the purpose of demonstrating that the draw was carried out fairly. A winner may ask to be identified by ticket identifier alone.

Personal data submitted in connection with this raffle is processed to administer the promotion, verify eligibility and deliver prizes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Entrants retain the rights described there, including access, correction and erasure; exercising a right to erasure before the draw may make it impossible to verify an entry, and will end participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not liable for: network, blockchain or courier failures outside its reasonable control; entries that are lost, delayed, or not received; a prize damaged or lost in transit after dispatch; or any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

The Sponsor may amend these Terms, or suspend or cancel the raffle, where required by law or where circumstances outside its reasonable control make running it as planned impossible or unfair. Any material change will be published on this page with an updated effective date, and where the change affects entrants' rights the Sponsor will give notice by email.

The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses automated or fraudulent means, creates multiple accounts, or acts in a way that is abusive or in bad faith. Where a disqualification occurs after the draw, the affected prize may be re-drawn.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising out of or relating to this raffle shall be resolved by binding arbitration, or in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts or to rely on your local consumer protection law, that right is unaffected by this section.
