CSV files · drop several at once (spot and derivatives)

Your file never leaves this browser. It is read and calculated on your device — nothing is uploaded, stored or sent to us.

Sample data is synthetic: Spot trade history · Futures trade history

Binance has your trades. It doesn't add them up.

The exchange shows a number. Your bank shows another.

Exchange P&L screens mix unrealised moves, funding and transfers. What you actually locked in is buried in thousands of fills.

Fees eat more than you think

Maker, taker, funding, fees charged in BNB or in the coin you bought. Add them up once and the “winning” month often isn't.

Three exchanges, three spreadsheets

Every venue exports a different file with different columns and date formats. Matching buys to sells across them by hand takes a weekend.

The tax deadline doesn't move

US returns are due in April, UK Self Assessment in January. Knowing your realised gain early is the difference between a plan and a panic.

Exchanges write the column names in the language your account is set to. Keep it on English when you export — the tool reads the English column names.

How to export your Binance trade history

Binance generates statements in the background and notifies you when they are ready. Switch your Binance language to English first — the column names are translated otherwise.

Questions

Is my trade history uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read and calculated entirely in your browser with JavaScript. Nothing is uploaded, stored or sent to TheCryptoHub, and you can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it still works.

Which Binance files does it read?

The spot Trade History export (both the newer layout with a Fee Coin column and the statement layout like 0.5BTC), the USDⓈ-M futures trade history, the futures transaction history and the full transaction history statement — all as CSV. Fees paid in BNB are listed separately.

How is the P&L calculated?

Buys and sells are matched first-in, first-out (FIFO) per asset, with fees added to the cost of buys and taken off the proceeds of sells. Derivatives use the realised P&L the exchange reports per closed position. USD and USD stablecoins are counted 1:1; other quote currencies are shown separately, never converted.

Why does it say I sold more than I bought?

An export only covers the dates you picked, and coins you deposited were bought somewhere else. Sales with no matching buy in the file are flagged and left out of the total instead of being counted as pure profit.

Can I use this for my tax return?

Use it to see where you stand, not to file. Tax rules differ by country — the UK uses share matching, the US needs every lot on Form 8949 — and one export misses transfers, staking and your other exchanges. A TheCryptoHub account builds the full report for your country.

What does an account add?

Your result is saved, more exchanges are linked automatically, and the official tax report is generated for your country. TheCryptoHub connects exchanges with read-only or trade keys — never withdrawal keys — so it can never move your funds.

Your P&L is not your tax bill

This result uses FIFO on one file. Your country decides how gains are matched, which holding periods count and what is taxed at all. Read the guides on our blog before you file.
